Is this the first year for the Summit?
Yes! While 2027 marks the inaugural Midwest Wedding & Event PRO Summit, the event is co-produced by Bride St. Louis, which has been producing wedding shows and serving the wedding industry for more than 15 years.
During that time, Bride St. Louis has produced nearly 100 wedding shows and built an extensive regional network of wedding and event professionals, venues, and industry partners.
Can I see last year’s exhibitor list?
Because this is our inaugural Summit, there is not a previous exhibitor list. However, we are actively inviting exhibitors and attendees from our extensive existing network throughout the wedding and event industry.
In addition, through our involvement with Wedding Show Producers International (WSPI), we are working with wedding show producers throughout Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Iowa, Arkansas, and surrounding states to introduce the Summit to their industry contacts.
The Midwest Wedding & Event PRO Summit was created to provide a high-quality, affordable educational and networking experience right here in the Midwest—particularly for professionals who may not have the time or opportunity to travel to major national conferences during the busy wedding season.
What time does the exhibit area open and close?
The Summit is designed as a full-day experience, running approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, beginning with an exclusive VIP breakfast session.
Exhibitors will have more than 4½ hours of dedicated exhibit time, along with additional opportunities to connect with attendees during networking sessions, breaks, lunch, and other activities throughout the day.
A complimentary lunch is included for all attendees and exhibitors, providing another opportunity to network and build relationships in a more relaxed setting.

Our goal is to establish the Midwest Wedding & Event PRO Summit as a premier regional event for wedding and event professionals—a place where industry professionals can gain practical education, discover new marketing strategies and business tools, explore emerging trends, and build meaningful relationships with others throughout the Midwest.
While 2027 is our inaugural year, we see that as an opportunity to build something special from the ground up—and we would love for you to be part of it from the very beginning.
